Agnieszka Szalast – Major in economics. She graduated from the University of Łódź with a degree in Finance and Banking, specialising in Capital Markets. She has been directly involved in the financial industry since 2007. She took part in a management training course which earned her the UK ILM Level 5 Certificate (middle management). Her interests include global economy and the development of investment funds. Author of articles on the factoring industry published in magazines such as: Gazeta Finansowa, Gazeta Prawna. She has worked for Kancelaria Prawna- Inkaso WEC S.A. since October 2010.

Chief Accountant
Katarzyna Witczak – graduated from Organisation and Management at the Technical University of Łódź and Postgraduate Studies in Accounting and Financial Management at the University of Łódź. Since 2007 she has held an Accounting Certificate issued by the Minister of Finance and since 2011 she has been qualified as a Chartered Accountant. She has been in accounting for over 12 years including 9 years in management positions.
Since 2013 she has been associated with Kancelaria Prawna- Inkaso WEC S.A. As Chief Accountant of the company she manages the Accounting and Human Resources department. Since 2017, she has also been a General Partner in Kancelaria Biegłych Rewidentów WEC Witczak i Wspólnicy Sp. k.

Amicable collection manager
Kinga Szychowiak – for 20 years associated with the financial and debt collection industry. Permanent Judicial Mediator. She gained her professional experience in Kredyt Bank S.A., Best S.A., Kruk S.A. and OZZ Zpav. Privately a travel and animal lover.

Sales Office Manager – Kraków
Ewelina Rosiek – Graduated from the Pedagogical University of Krakow. Since 2007 she has been professionally involved in the debt collection and finance industry. She specialises in the sale of legal and debt collection and financial services in the B2B sector. Since 2011 she has also been managing a subordinate team in the sales departments of legal and financial institutions. She has been associated with Kancelaria Prawna Inkaso WEC S.A. since June 2013, and has been in charge of the Sales Office in Kraków since January 2014.

Sales Office Manager – Łódź
Maciej Barwicki – has been active in the financial and legal sector for 12 years, specialising in the sale of debt collection and financial services. He has been associated with Kancelaria Prawna Inkaso WEC S.A. since 2009. He has worked in the Sales Office at the Law Firm since June 2014. He is responsible for key account service and developing the firm’s network of partners.

Head of the Analysis and IT Office
Krzysztof Michalski – IT engineer, database analyst, head of IT and Analysis Office. He has been working with Kancelaria Prawna-Inkaso WEC S.A. since 2011. He manages the Firm’s technical and IT matters and supports the activities of the Firm’s other departments. Privately a lover of photography and mountain hiking.

Head of the Training Office
Anna Kieszek – She graduated from Polish philology at the University of Humanities and Economics in Łodz. He has twenty years of experience in the training industry. She has been associated with the WEC Capital Group since April 2013, where she manages the Training Office in one of the Group’s companies – at the Academy of Entrepreneurs WEC Sp. z o. o. Specializes in the sale of open and closed training in the area of debt collection, labor law, accounting and customer service.
